Making your stay in London a comfortable one BLC recognises that when you are away from home it is important that you feel comfortable wherever you live. That’s why we offer a range of different accommodation options, each with their own individual benefits.

Homestay

We have paid special attention to our homestay accommodation service, so families and homes that we have inspected and selected, share some common important features: 

• The home must be clean and comfortable and enable the student to study quietly.
•  The family must be able to provide a good breakfast and/or a good evening meal daily.
• The families must be friendly and helpful and give the students plenty of opportunity to practise their English outside the classroom and school.
• The location of our homestay accommodation must be where students can easily reach the school with no more than 30-50 minutes travelling time.
• London is a city of many cultures and this is reflected in the homestays that we use. Many of our families have children, some have pets and some are single or retired.
• We do our best to match the needs, requests and interests of the students with the homestay, in order to make your stay in London as enjoyable as possible.
• You should remember that you are living in a family home and have respect for the rules of the home.
